Q:
What is GoToMyPC?
A: GoToMyPC is Web-based screen-sharing
software that allows you to access and use any of your computers
through the GoToMyPC Web site, GoToMyPC. With GoToMyPC, you
can remotely view your computer screen and access all of your
computer's programs, email, files and network resources as
if you were sitting at and using your computer locally, even
though you may be a thousand miles away.
You can remotely access any or all of your computers from
any other computer with an Internet connection and browser.
You can access your email, applications, documents and network
resources from your primary, or host, computer – just
as if you were sitting in front of it. You have full and complete
access to everything on all of your computers from anywhere.
And because using GoToMyPC is just like being there, there
is no compromise on speed or functionality for Web or non-Web
applications.

Q: What are the system requirements
for running GoToMyPC?
A: For the host computer (the one
you access remotely):

Q: How do I start using GoToMyPC?
A: To use GoToMyPC, you must first register at the
GoToMyPC Web site. If you would like to evaluate it before
you buy, get
your FREE trial now!

Q: How does the free trial work?
A: Simply click free trial and sign up for
your Personal Plan account by registering and entering your
credit card information. After a quick 2-minute setup, you
can begin using the service immediately! A Corporate Plan
free trial option is available for qualified parties. Please
note that the free trial is limited to one per customer.
Try GoToMyPC free for 60 minutes or 30 days, whichever comes
first. If you like what you see, pay only 19.95 a month after
your free trial ends or switch to an Annual Plan for as little
as 14.95 a month. If not, cancel and pay nothing!

Q: How do I cancel my free trial?
A: To cancel your service, please
call Customer Care at (888) 259-3826. If you are calling from
outside North America, please click here for the telephone
number to use. Your service will discontinue at the end of
your current subscription period. Please note that there are
no refunds: Your service will continue until the end of the
active billing period and then will be discontinued at that
time.
Should you desire to remove the GoToMyPC software from your
computer, use the Add/Remove programs feature. If you leave
the GoToMyPC software on your computer, you will be able to
easily re-establish the service within 30 days simply by logging
in and purchasing a plan. After 30 days you will have to re-install
the GoToMyPC software and re-create your account.

Q: How much does GoToMyPC cost?
A: We offer three GoToMyPC products: GoToMyPC Personal,
GoToMyPC Pro and GoToMyPC Corporate. Each is designed to meet
the needs of a specific audience. All plans include support
and upgrades.
GoToMyPC Personal is for individual
users and is based on a low monthly subscription fee.
Individuals may choose either a Monthly or Annual Plan
with unlimited access to 1-20 computers. GoToMyPC Personal
comes with a free trial option prior to purchase. For
more information about GoToMyPC Personal, see Product

GoToMyPC Pro provides your organization
with all the tools your workforce needs to remotely access
email, files, applications and network resources in real
time. GoToMyPC Pro extends the workplace to any Web-enabled
computer so that your employees can be productive from
home, on the road, at a client's office or wherever they

GoToMyPC Corporate allows companies of
any size to roll out and manage a corporate teleworking,
or telecommuting, plan in minutes. It is a highly secure
and cost-effective way for employees to access their computers
and corporate resources remotely. Employees simply access
and work on their computers using any Web browser. GoToMyPC
Corporate comes with a free trial option for qualified parties

Customer Care at (888) 259-3826. If you are calling from outside
North America, please click here for the phone number to use.
Because GoToMyPC is a pre-paid service, your service will
continue until the end of your current paid subscription period.
At that time, your plan will be discontinued and will not
renew again.
If you leave the GoToMyPC software on your computer, you will
be able to easily re-establish the service within 30 days
simply by logging in to your account and purchasing a new
subscription plan.
